A travel clinic is a medical service that helps people preparing for study abroad, travel, or other overseas stays to maintain good health during their stay. Depending on the destination, specific procedures to prevent infectious diseases may be required in advance by the country. We listen to our patients’ needs and propose tailored treatments. We serve under the national health insurance system, if it is covered. However, many services are not covered by insurance. We provide tailor-made support tailored to each patient’s and family’s specific requests.

Services

Provide Medical Certificates

We provide documents as required by host institutions or families. In principle, they are issued on the same day; however, additional time may be necessary if we need to process them further.

Proof of Past Infectious Diseases

Blood tests are conducted to check the level of antibodies (immunity against pathogens).

Vaccinations

Voluntary vaccinations are available. If you require a vaccine not listed in our price table, please inquire during your first visit.

Prescription of Preventive Medication

Prescriptions are issued for nearby pharmacies under non-insurance care (100% self-pay).

Clinical Flow

First Visit (Same-Day Appointment Only)

New patients should obtain a registration number by phone or at the reception. Patients who already have our clinic’s patient ID card may also get a number online. We discuss with you to confirm a requirement, then plan the schedule for subsequent visits.

Visit of the Second and Beyond

Examinations and treatments are conducted according to the schedule. Please note that some tests cannot be performed on Saturdays. Allow sufficient time when planning your visit.

Consultation Fees

The consultation is NOT covered by health insurance. Please refer to the non-insurance fee table for the service fee.
