当院では、増える外国人患者さんへの対応として、東京都の「医療機関向け緊急通訳サービス」を導入いたしました。 これは英語、中国語などの9言語に対し、医療スタッフ、看護師、医師との逐次通訳を利用できるサービスです。利用にあたり、患者さんの費用負担はございません。 当院では、すべての方に安心して医療サービスを受けていただけるよう、引き続き取り組んでまいります。

To accommodate the foreign patients, we have introduced the “Emergency Interpretation Service for Medical Institutions,” provided by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. This service provides consecutive interpretation between medical staff, nurses, and doctors in 9 languages, including English and Chinese. There is no additional cost to the patient for this service. We will continue our efforts to ensure that all patients can receive medical services with peace of mind.
